We’re based in Lancashire and cover roughly an hour’s drive in every direction. In practice that means:
Greater Manchester
Manchester, Salford, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Oldham, Stockport, Wigan, Trafford and Tameside.
Merseyside
Liverpool, St Helens, Knowsley, Sefton and the Wirral.
Lancashire
Preston, Blackburn, Burnley, Blackpool, Lancaster, Chorley, Accrington and the surrounding towns.
Cheshire
Warrington, Chester, Northwich, Macclesfield, Crewe and the north of the county.
West Yorkshire
Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Halifax and Wakefield.
Cumbria
The southern part of the county, including Kendal, Barrow and the Furness area.

Why We Don't Cover the Whole Country
Plenty of national firms will happily book a survey anywhere and then send whoever happens to be nearest. We’d rather work a patch we know well.
It means we understand the local building stock: the back to back terraces, the stone built properties, the post war estates and the coastal exposure. It means we’re not spending four hours in the car and arriving in a rush. And it means when a sale is moving quickly, we can usually get there within days rather than weeks.
