We used Rosewood for our survey as first time buyers in Nottingham. They got into the property in a week and turned around the document in 3 working days after that, which was great. The survey was very comprehensive and detailed, lots of pictures, and picked up on lots we had missed ourselves. The surveyor was also happy to have emails back and forth as needed, and jumped on a phonecall with us for half an hour to discuss things, give a bit more context, and answer specific questions we had, which was above and beyond what others offered. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive we had quotes for either, and definitely worth the money, especially as they were RICS associate, where the cheaper options weren’t.
