24/7 Monitored Service — every SOS alert is routed directly to our professionally staffed response centre. Trained operators are available around the clock, every day of the year. When an alarm is triggered, they can speak to your team member through the device, assess the situation, and dispatch the right response — whether that means contacting emergency services or notifying a designated colleague or manager.
Self-Managed Monitoring — alerts go directly to a pre-set list of contacts within your organisation. If the first contact does not answer, the alarm cascades to the next person on the list. This option gives you full control over how alerts are handled and is ideal for smaller teams with strong internal response procedures.
You can switch between plans at any time as your needs evolve. There are no long-term lock-ins and no hidden fees.
Step 3: Quick and Easy Setup
Once you place your order, your device is dispatched the same working day. When it arrives, setup takes just a few minutes:
Charge the device using the included charging dock
Power it on — the SIM card is pre-installed and pre-activated
Add your contacts through our simple online dashboard or by speaking to our team
Test the SOS button to confirm everything is working
